Big news for those looking for how to to watch Fast and Furious movies in order — you can see it all from the comfort of your own home now. And two movies just crash-landed on a new streaming service.  All of the Fast movies are available for streaming, purchase or VOD rental and that's including F9: The Fast Saga, which is finally available to own (yes, not just rent) online.

The big news, though, is that Fast Five is finally on a streaming service (Peacock), it's also joined by Fast & Furious. But for those that are trying to sketch out Dom's family tree before his little brother comes a'calling, we've got everything you need to catch up in time for the next chapter of the Fast franchise. Like Dom, the Fast and Furious movies can be somewhat hard to find. As friends have groused, "why aren't these all on one service?"

Yes, Universal Pictures released the whole Fast franchise, but unlike how Disney operates the Marvel and Star Wars films, Peacock had had some of these movies, with the rest are splintered across the internet. Two, though, can be found on services such as HBO Max and we've got the full details below.

Once you've got all the Fast and Furious movies ready to watch, you'll be able to drink in the epic timeline of these films. While they start as fun, brisk tales of illegal street racing, they've morphed into globe-trotting narratives that push our heroes to save the world (and each other).

So, we've got the complete guide to getting you all caught up so you can watch the movies before you watch (or re-watch) F9. Also, we've got an explainer for the Fast and Furious 9 credits scene for those who have seen the movie already, and a guide to what we know about Fast and Furious 10.

Here's everything you need to find and watch the Fast and Furious movies in order:

Fast and Furious movies in order, where to watch

So, let's start out with the Fast and Furious movies in order of their theatrical release. This is a fairly easy order to suss out, as the numbers (or puns, such as The Fate of the Furious) in each title show their order. The only slightly confusing movies are those without numbers: Tokyo Drift comes after 2 Fast 2 Furious and it's followed by Fast & Furious (the fourth movie).

The most annoying part of finding the Fast and Furious movies is that only some of the ten films are on major streaming services. And they're constantly disappearing. HBO Max has the original The Fast and the Furious movie and 2 Fast 2 Furious, but the Hobbs & Shaw spin-off disappeared recently. Peacock Premium no longer has Fast & Furious 6, and FuboTV just lost Tokyo Drift, Fast & Furious (the fourth one) and Furious 7. Most, now, have to be acquired on their own. Fast & Furious is now on AMC+ and The Fate of the Furious is also streaming, on FX Now.

One note for our audiences in the UK, some of the movies have different titles over there. Fast Five is "Fast & Furious 5," Furious 7 is "Fast & Furious 7" and The Fate of the Furious is "Fast & Furious 8."

Fast and Furious movies in order of events

If you want to see the movies in the order of their events, you have to move them around ever-so-slightly.

And if you're watching for the history of the family, there's also some bonus content to watch: The Turbo-Charged Prelude and Los Bandoleros. Neither is available from traditional sources, but the former is on YouTube and the latter (directed by Vin Diesel) was posted on Vimeo by its editor.
